All rules are created at the discretion of the Administration of the Moose SMP. They are subject to changes at any time.
-Rules may be added or removed.-
-Not all rules may be listed. USE COMMON SENSE!-
-Punishments can still be given if the action required a new rule to be created.-
Punishments are given at the Staff's Discretion. They can choose how harsh a punishment a player may receive. The information below is just a guideline for the Players to use as a reference.
If you think a Staff Member has treated you unfairly, then report them to a higher ranking Staff Member. More information on how to do that will be given below.
Community Guidelines
Reporting a Player
You can report a Player for breaking the rules by using the Moose SMP - Player Report Form. Before submitting a report, here are a few things to consider:
Do I have enough evidence to submit?
Is the Player breaking a rule or are they just breaking a law? *see Laws vs Rules on the Home Page*
Am I subscribed to MrFisherMooser on YouTube?
Once you have considered the things above, then make sure you actually have enough evidence before submitting a report. Proper evidence would be in the form of a Video or Photo of the incident that clearly shows what is going on. When taking photos or recording videos, try to capture the context of before and after the incident as well as this helps the Staff Team be able to tell what is going on.

Server Rules
Below is a list of rules for the Moose SMP Minecraft Server. All these rules may be subject to change!
All the rules from the Discord Server rules apply here and therefore will not be listed in this section.
No hack clients or unfair mods.
Using clients, mods, textures, or anything else that gives you an unfair advantage over the other players is not allowed and will be punished harshly. No IRL or donor deals.
Exchanging in-game items for IRL money or gift cards outside of the Moose SMP Server, is prohibited. Deals within the Moose SMP Server company may be allowed on a case-by-case basis.Abusing glitches or bugs will not be tolerated.
The Moose SMP Server operates on a low-income budget and has a small Team trying to do all of the work, there are definitely going to be bugs. Abusing these bugs is not only unfair to the other players, it's disrespectful to the Staff Team who have volunteered countless hours trying to make a place where players can have fun with their friends.Interrupting the Storyline.
Each Season of the Moose SMP takes a lot of time and work. When a Season starts, the last thing everyone needs is for some clown to come in and just interrupt things by causing problems. Meaning, that you can be banned for simply being, "too annoying." (By discretion of MrFisherMooser)Making the server unenjoyable for others.
What makes the Moose SMP so intriguing, is it's freedom to do whatever. However, if you are doing something that greatly effects the server and takes away too much from other players having fun, you will be punished. It's always a good idea to get second opinions, and don't hesitate to ask a Staff Team member if something would be too far. They don't play on the server as normal Players, and so knowing secret information won't effect your gameplay either.Terrain destruction/deforestation.
Destroying the terrain (or anything else) just for the fun of it, will be taken with a grain of salt. If you have a reason that is seen as permissable, it may be allowed; but 9/10 times, it will not be. So try to find a way to have fun that doesn't harm other players or their builds. Or the server world.
